I tell you what...this experience has been incredible. Everyday has been totally different than the day before, and today was no different. What a great time we had at Rosa's Cafe' and Tortilla Factory! First I want to say thanks to Brad and the other managers that were there...you guys are awesome! I also want to thank all of the employees. They were so fun and helpful! We started out popping up from behind the counter when people would hand the cashier their money. We would pop up and surprise them and pay their bill. All the team members had a turn, then while we were doing this, things got crazy outside. It started sleeting like crazy!!! We thought that no one else would come in after the sleeting started, but hey...we were at Rosa's! People will go through blizzards to eat their food! They kept coming!
After we finished popping up from behind the counter, we started singing to the patrons. We actually would sing to them, saying that we would love to bless them with free sopapillas if they would sing a Christmas Carol. Oh my gosh, it was so much fun! There were many people that decided to sing for sopapillas!!! We had a great time together. It's amazing how much fun you can have when you start blessing people!!! Thanks to all of you good sports, we had a blast!

I would rather face an army of 100 lions led by a sheep than an army of 100 sheep led by a lion.... May God continue to lead you and your ministry to the next generation.
One Love, One God, and Only One Way....
That guy in the Texas cap was one great singer. I see the next American Idol in the making. And cute..............he was one cute dude.
