Hi Everyone! Mission Reality is so excited about the secret mission we just pulled off! We shot our pilot for our television show, Mission Reality America on Thursday, and it was GREAT! We had to keep it under wraps (even on our website)until it was done, so that Lenita (her name was Diane to cover her true identity on our Pick-a -Mission Page), our missionee, would not find out about the huge surprise that was coming her way.
Lenita is a precious woman who is battling stomach cancer. She has been battling this for well over the past year, and is unable to work because of it. She has a hard time trying to make ends meet financially, and the worst thing is that she has no transportation, so she has to ride the city bus to her chemo treatments. That is hard for all of us at Mission Reality to imagine. I know that chemo makes people sick and they usually have no energy afterward...so I cannot imagine having to wait in all kinds of weather for the bus after chemo.
Lenita lives alone and is just very overwhelmed lately with how hard life has become, especially with no help. Last year at Christmas, she met a very special friend named Teri. Teri nominated her on our Mission Reality...Pick-a-Mission Page. So Lenita became our very first mission...and it was a huge success!!!
We had an incredible sponsor come forth who wanted to buy Lenita a car...wow! A brand new 2010 Toyota Corolla! It is beautiful! Before our sponsor gave her the car though, Lenita enjoyed having a special day designed just for her. The Spa at the Crescent Hotel in Dallas treated Lenita to a facial, manicure and pedicure. What an awesome group of people, and what a beautiful Spa! To Jennifer, Rebecca, Adrian and the gang there...thank you soooo much for your kindness!!! You were amazing and we will never forget your graciousness and your kindness!!! Your whole staff was amazing, and they really gave Lenita a day she will never forget!!!WE LOVE YOU!!! From there, Macy's Department Store actually rolled out the red carpet for Lenita!!! Literally...I really mean it!...they rolled it OUT!!! They then treated her to a shopping spree, where she even had her own special dressing room with her name on it! To Joe, Leigh, and the amazing people there...wow...you guys just blew our socks off! You are all so sweet!!! WE LOVE MACY"S!!!!
Can it get much better after this???? Well, from Macy's our awesome sponsor, Bobby Cox and his wife Leona, owner of Rosa's Cafe' and Tortilla Factory, picked Lenita up in his very special Stagecoach!!! Yes, you heard right...a stagecoach pulled by 4 beautiful horses pulled right up to the front door of Macy's and then proceeded to take Lenita to a crowd of people who were waiting for her in the parking lot! Bobby, Leona and Rosa's...WE LOVE YOU!!! YOU ROCK!!!
What Lenita didn't realize...was what was in the middle of the crowd! I think this is a great time to let you see for yourselves what happened! Mission Reality will have pictures up tomorrow, and a video in a few days! Check back and watch it for yourselves! Let me just say...Lenita's reaction??? You will not want to miss this!!!
Also, remember, if you know someone who is in need...nominate them on the Mission Reality Pick-a-Mission Page!
WE ALSO NEED SPONSORS!!!! If you own a business and would like to help someone in need and get your businesses name out there, you can email us, or just go to our Pick- a - Mission Page and pick a mission you would like to sponsor, or you may have someone you already know that needs help! Just fill out a custom mission sheet and email us!!!
We would love to hear from you! What a great way to advertise and help someone at the same time!!!
Remember, Make your Mission a Reality!!!

Mission Reality Gas Givaway!!!
Our April Mission .... we gave away some gas! Yeah! It was such a fun day as the mission Reality Team drove around looking for the perfect gas station to stake out. We finally found it and moved into position on the side of the building so we could hide and decide exactly who we needed to bless with a tank of gas. Before we started running out and scaring people (he he, it is scary to lift the nozzle and suddenly have a group of people in yellow shirts run up yelling not to pump your gas), we prayed and asked the Lord to show us who needed the gas, and it was great because the very first lady we ran up on refused to let us buy her gas because she said she was able to buy it, and wanted us to bless someone that was struggling with money and really needed the blessing! Thanks Lord, You answered our prayer! She was awesome and such a sweet lady! We met some awesome people and it was such a blessing to be able to bless people and at the same time, bring a smile to their face!

Yeah! Today is March 17th...St. Patrick's Day! We are ready for our Alex's Lemonade Stand!
Well, today is St. Patrick's Day...the day we host our Alex's green Lemonade Stand, we are so pumped about it! The weather is going to be perfect, thank you Lord! and...Power FM is going to come out and spend a couple of hours with us from noon to 2:00 PM, thank you Lord again!!! Yeah! With their help, I am praying that we can raise a lot of money today for Pediatric Cancer Research!
If you have not read little Alex's story, please read it in my last Blog! What an awesome little girl! If any of us ever doubt that one person can change the world, just look at what this precious 4 year old decided to do when she was in the hospital fighting her own battle with cancer. Alex's Lemonade Stand to date has raised over 25 million to fight this deadly decease! Alex was only with us for 8 short years, yet her memory lives on in the heart that she had for other children and families that were fighting the same battle she and her family were.
Remember, we will be at the Lowe's in Hurst from 10:30 this morning to 7:00 pm tonight!
That's 770 Grapevine Hwy... please come by and buy a glass of Lemonade, and even if you can't come out, you can go to alexslemonade.org and click on the calender, then click on The Mission Reality Stand, and make a donation of any amount! Please don't think that you have to make a huge donation. If tons of people would get on and donate just $5.00 each...wow, just think how much we could raise today!
If you are close, please come by and see us today! The Mission Reality Team would to meet you!
Blessings

Shortly before her first birthday, Alex was diagnosed with neuroblastoma, a type of childhood cancer. On her first birthday, the doctors informed Alex's parents that if she beat her cancer it was doubtful that she would ever walk again. Just two weeks later, Alex slightly moved her leg at her parents' request to kick, the first indication of who she would turn out to be-a determined, courageous, confident and inspiring child with big dreams and big accomplishments.
By her second birthday, Alex was crawling and able to stand up with leg braces. She worked hard to gain strength and to learn how to walk. She appeared to be beating the odds, until the shattering discovery within the next year that her tumors had started growing again. In the year 2000, the day after her fourth birthday, Alex received a stem cell transplant and informed her mother, "When I get out of the hospital I want to have a lemonade stand." She said she wanted to give the money to the doctors to help them find a cure. True to her word, she held her first lemonade stand later that year and raised an amazing $2000 for "her hospital."
While bravely battling her own cancer, Alex continued to hold yearly lemonade stands in her front yard to benefit childhood cancer research. News spread of the remarkable sick child dedicated to help
ing other sick children. People from all over the world, moved by her story, held their own lemonade stands and donated the proceeds to Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation.
In August of 2004, Alex passed away at the age of 8, knowing that, with the help of others, she had raised over $1 million to help find a cure for the disease that took her life. Alex's family-including brothers Patrick, Eddie, and Joey and supporters are committed to continuing her inspiring legacy through Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation.

What an incredible child! I love her and I pray that we have a great turnout! If you can't host a stand, please come out and buy some of our Lemonade! We would love to meet you! Check out Alex's website at alexslemonade.org

WHERE ARE THE VALENTINES VIDEOS???
Yes, it's true! We here at Mission Reality Central are having issues with the videos of our last mission, the Valentines Day Dates. We are so sorry that they are not up yet! Our hard drive (Tolar is his name) crashed and now we are in the process of trying to save all of the work that Keenan did, so he won't have to start from square one. So please keep checking back with us! We have a new hard drive (Newbie is his name), and we are in the process of trying to transfer what we had on Tolar to Newbie, praying that the files are not corrupt! We are making progress, but we just don't know exactly when the videos will be up, guessing next week.
I will tell you though, that the footage of the two dates is awesome! Pray for US!!!
Blessings
Theresa
Newbie - "Give me those files old man! And they better not be corrupt!"
Tolar - "Don't call me old, you young whipper snapper...I was just purchased in January. Something is just wrong with me...can't someone help me?? Keenan, save me!!!"
Keenan - "I don't know man, why is the new guy being so cocky? Tolar's days are numbered, lets just make this process easy for him."
